Brewers Lose to Reds, 7-1
The 2011 season is off to a good start for the Cincinnati Reds. The hometown
Reds knocked off the Milwaukee Brewers, 7-1, at Great American Ball Park.
Cincinnati pitcher Johnny Cueto paced his team to the win. The win belongs to
Bill Bray in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Zack Greinke took the loss
for Milwaukee. Cincinnati took a 2-1 lead on Scott Rolen's 1st double of the
season. The run-scoring double, which Rolen hit in the bottom of the seventh,
left Milwaukee pitcher Zack Greinke shaking his head. "We'll enjoy this win,"
said Rolen. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."

Greinke went into the 7th tied at 1-1 but ran out of gas giving up 4
before Chris Narveson came in to put out the fire but the damage was already
done. Two more unearned runs in the 8th on back to back errors from
Rickie Weeks and Carlos Gomez and the final ends 7-1. McGehee drove in
the only run in the 7th as Weeks scored on a single.
